Planning & Implementing Transportation Improvements for Chemung County
Unified Planning Work Program Draft 2012-2013
The Elmira-Chemung Transportation Council has prepared its Draft Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for State Fiscal Year 2012-2013. The UPWP is the annual work program for the staff of the Transportation Council and documents the transportation planning activities they have accomplished in the previous year and intend to accomplish in the coming year. The Draft UPWP is provided for public review and comment. Comments may be made to ectc@stny.rr.com or to Elmira-Chemung Transportation Council, 400 E. Church St., Elmira, NY 14901. The public comment period ends on February 24, 2012.

Chemung County Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan -- Draft
The draft Chemung County Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan (Plan) has been prepared. The Plan is intended to provide a summary of public transit (CTRAN) and human services transportation coordination efforts, to identify unmet transportation needs, and to provide the outline for future transportation coordination efforts in Chemung County. The Draft Plan is provided for public review and comment. Comments may be made to ectc@stny.rr.com or to Elmira-Chemung Transportation Council, 400 E. Church St., Elmira, NY 14901. The public comment period ends on February 24, 2012.
